How to do a raid sign up!

an Example to make it easier for all..
Remember to write date and Time.. and would be best if you wrote when it ends but it is usual 19:15 to 22:30 longer if players can stay ofc.
Then try to take the ones that signed first.. but if you got like 4 hunters signing first ofc max 2 of them can go, unless you cant make a group without using all 4 hunters.
